Beach House on Jones Beach is directly opposite Jones Beach (Kiama Downs). It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Perfect for the extended family or two families sharing a beach holiday experience.
Beach House on Jones Beach is a spacious holiday home with ocean and beach views. It has large comfortable entertaining spaces, multiple living areas, Television room, games areas with level access to fully fenced front and rear gardens.
Enjoy the 1970s vibe with soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, big comfy sofas and a gas combustion-style fireplace for cosy winter evenings.
Our property:
- Upstairs - three bedrooms (king, double, 2xsingles); bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower and a separate toilet, multiple living spaces, views
- Downstairs – one queen bedroom; bathroom with walk-in shower, tv room, entertaining areas, laundry, kitchenette for Bbq prep with easy access to outdoor dining
We provide basic pantry items and bathroom products.
Jones Beach is patrolled 7 days during the summer school holidays and on weekends from October to April. A covered children’s playground is located within easy walking distance. For those “L” riders there is a level pathway opposite (Bring you own bikes).
There are abundant board games and jigsaw puzzles, magazines, a book swap library for holiday reading, table tennis, pool table, beach cricket set, an array of boards – boogie and foamies, bocce and other assorted balls.
In the rear garden guests will find a Weber Bbq and outdoor dining for long relaxed lunches and early evening meals.
Jones Beach, Kiama Downs is a quiet residential area and we adhere to the Short Term Rental Code of Conduct. We do not accept bookings for parties or gatherings.
Jones Beach/Kiama Downs has a thriving shopping centre with a well-stocked IGA, bottlo, cafes, chemist/gift shop and Kiama Golf Club.
Kiama town centre is a short drive away with its heritage shop fronts, beaches and seaside markets (check the Kiama Seaside Markets website for details).
The house is well located to make the most of the following:
Whale watching from the viewing platform between Jones Beach and the Minnamurra River.
The Coastal Walk passing Cathedral Rocks, The Boneyard, Bombo Beach to Kiama town centre.

Kiama Golf Club (Kiama Downs) is an 18 hole course with a clubhouse and bistro for good meals including wood-fired pizza. Open 7 days for lunch and dinner there is also a courtesy bus.

Pristine Minnamurra River is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking and all calm water activities.

Only 15 minutes' drive from Beach House on Jones Beach explore rural Jamberoo with its historic Pub (bands on weekends), café, pie shop and the Jamberoo Action Park.

Minnamurra Rainforest can be found further west of Jamberoo. The Rainforest Loop Walk or the Falls Walk are both equally breathtaking.
Berry is a short drive south along the expressway.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
