Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco amidst the palm trees, cool off in the pool or kick back on the sofa with a movie after a day of sun and sightseeing.
Set amongst tropical gardens, this treehouse-style abode offers a refreshing retreat to discover the best of Darwin. Encompassing the upper level with the bottom section of the home locked off, the living area is thoughtfully furnished with cosy sofa seating for settling in with a movie, with split system air conditioning and ceiling fans ensuring year-round comfort.

You will find all you need to prepare a feast in the kitchen, whether sharing meals at the breakfast bar, around the eight-seater dining table, or dining alfresco on the generous deck. There's a six-seater table overlooking the lush treetops and semi-shaded pool.

Three bedrooms are all styled for utmost comfort, all kept cool with air-conditioning. You'll find a king-sized bed, a queen bed, and the last bedroom set with two single beds. The bathroom is neatly presented with a shower and complimentary toiletries.

Kick back in the hammock, take a dip in the swimming pool or sit in the shade with a book, there are ample outdoor areas to make the most of the Top End climate and cooling sea breezes at this pet-friendly stay. Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a carport for four cars and a private washing machine and dryer.
During your stay, you and your group will have exclusive access to the entire upper level, garden, and pool area. The ground level of the home will be locked off and not available for guest use. Please make yourselves at home!

Nightcliff Foreshore, a popular spot for dining and recreational activities, is a five-minute drive away. Sample the food trucks and open-air restaurants, or pack lunch and find a shaded spot at the picnic tables. Stay active with bike paths and outdoor exercise stations, while Nightcliff Jetty offers an ideal vantage point to end the day with stunning sunset views. The Rapid Creek Markets are held every weekend at Rapid Creek Business Village, less than a 15-minute walk or a few minutes drive, offering street food and fresh produce plus arts and crafts stalls.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Pets are only allowed to stay outside - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We’ll reach out to charge a standard pet fee of $100.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $400 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $250 per cleaning.
Both fees must be paid in advance at least 14 days before check-in to avoid booking cancellation. Thank you.
