El Farallon is a beautiful development that sits steps away from Los Veneros, one of the best beaches in Banderas Bay. All of the estates in this development have amazing views of the ocean and beautiful beaches to swim, snorkel, or surf; while in a private setting. They also have access to the beach club at Los Veneros that sits on a beautiful and peaceful beach of white sand.



El Farallon is a lively destination where visitors can delight in the turquoise-blue ocean and fine sands as well as the various activities offered in this unbeatable climate. And of course, there is no better way to enjoy the late afternoon than by taking in a breathtaking sunset accompanied by the crashing waves.

Punta Mita Beach Club Policy Update

Effective January 6, 2026, all Punta Mita Beach Clubs will introduce a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Fee.

This is a one-time per-guest charge for the full duration of the rental and will be collected with your final balance prior to arrival.

Fees per guest (for the entire stay):

Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Children under 5: No charge



This policy is set by the Punta Mita Beach Clubs and applies to all guests with club access.
