The house premises is completely covered by 24 hours surveillance/ security cameras. The guest house was designed to create a modern & homey feel. We have the best location and while you are visiting Toronto, you can enjoy the best hidden Gems that Toronto has to offer.

-No pet as well as no service dog is allowed because my daughter has allergy.
-No extra guest is allowed for any circumstances.
-Guests are expected to do their own dishes
-Do not conduct business in or on property premises
-No smoking or marijuana in or on property
-Noise after 10 pm is not advisable due to the quiet neighborhood.
-No party in any circumstances.
The home is perfect for Business Travelers, Individuals, couples, up to 8 persons( including children of 1 years or older) max with relaxation in mind. Our hope is that you chill and enjoy every part of your stay at the Guest suite as the name implies and we welcome you back for another visit.
Note: There is 5 steps to enter the house.
No Iron will be provided because several accidents happened with iron.
Guest access
Guest will receive lock-box code for self check in at the front door.
Each Guest needs to provide Government Issued ID with clear photo on it and written in English before checked in.
Early check-in may only be arranged if available for a fee of $35/hr.
Late checkout fee cad 400 automatically charged.
The entire Guest Suit is yours with no shared spaces.

Guest can use foyer, front porch with beautiful garden view , backyard porch with garden view (The backyard garden is not accessible.) It is a great opportunity to enjoy your food on the porch in a rainy day or a snowy day with your loved ones. 1 bedrooms has queen bed, one bedroom has 2 twin beds, one bedroom with double bed and computer table &chair, another room has 1 couch, 2 twin beds, TV. Dinning area has table and chairs. 2 washrooms, 1 full kitchen and one parking spot at the property.
1 parking spot per booking.
The Guest suite is completely private.
The lower unit /Basement is not included.
Other things to note
We strive to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests. Your comfort is important to us. Our home is professionally cleaned between guest and meets VRBO recommendations with extra sensitization.

We respond promptly to messages through the VRBO only.

Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if any issues arise.

The unit is for: 8 guests total and after 7 you need to pay extra amount. We ONLY allow certain numbers of guests/visitors with prior permission. No unregistered guests and visitors. Last minute notification or bring extra guests, whether stay or not, will result in $1200 fine. The charge will be applied without notify. If last-minute guests are joining the original reservation count, please contact me immediately.
I will count the guest total when you check in and during your stay.
You need to pay extra guests cad 100 per guest per night.


Quite zone 10 pm to 8 am.

If you have children with you, running/shouting/playing inside the unit is not advisable. There is park within 2 minutes walking distance.

One parking spot reserved for the Airbnb and map will send with the check in instructions.
Visitors must park their cars at the curb side all the time. Please don’t drive to the driveway to block the other vehicles.

The neighborhood is so quiet. Party, loud sound, loud music, loud TV are not allowed.

Outdoor setting will start from June.

Smoking/Vaping are not allowed in the premises and guest suite.
