The property was exactly what our family needed for our trip! Lots of room, pool was amazing, and the community resort area was beyond incredible! The host was very helpful with everything. The only con we had was that the house wasn’t very clean. The comforters on the beds were very dingy, they are white but looking a little brown. It was very dusty and bathrooms weren’t very clean, old soap was dried onto one of the bathroom walls. I think if they went in and did a good cleaning it would be very helpful. Overall, great visit!

Great property

The property was great and perfect for our extended family stay. We had one issue in a bedroom that didn’t get repaired but it didn’t affect the overall stay. I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

Perfect place to stay

Definitely would stay here again! Great price in a quiet area. They were still building the resort amenities when we were there so they weren't available but based on another persons comments you could use another resorts. Not a big deal for us. The house itself is managed like a hotel would ve, very clean! There are minimal suplies though so plan on bring extra or buying them such as salt/pepper, laundry soap, ga. 't vawe will

Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes. We are glad to hear this home was a perfect place for you. Yes the resort amenities are being worked on, but the sister resort is available for full access to all guests. We only provide beginners amenities and suggest the guests can replenish per their needs. We sure hope to serve you again next time.

Family trip.

The pictures on the VRBO site didn't do the place justice! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! It was so well appointed and roomy. We had 4 adult couples staying in the unit and each couple had their own full bathroom as well as the addition of a half bathroom outside by the pool. We absolutely loved the unit and would definitely return. There were a couple of things that we were disappointed in. First, when we used the filter tool on VRBO, we specifically requested a lazy river and gym to be on site. We were very disappointed on our second day when we went looking for the gym as well as the lazy river to find that they are under construction and are nowhere near completion. We were told that we could use the facilities at another resort "across the highway" only to find out that it was a 15 minute drive from our location. The description also said heated pool. The pool was absolutely freezing and not until our second week did we realize that you could have it heated, but for an additional cost. You shouldn't have to pay for a heated pool when it is listed in the description of the unit. Other than those two items, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hello Marshall, Thank you for being a Wonder Vacation Homes guest. We are glad to hear you had a good time and found the home beautiful. The community is adjacent to its own sister community Windsor Island Resort and while the Cay Resort is upgrading their amenities, the same exact amenities in Windsor Island Resort are also available to guests staying at Cay. Yes, Pool heating is additional cost, it is listed on the description as an additional amenity that comes at an additional cost, also mentioned on the rental agreement. I am sorry for any confusion. We sure hope to host you next time with a better experience. Come again!
