The main bedroom invites you to relax with its plush queen bed and spacious walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. The lounge room is a great space to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, featuring modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Start your mornings at the barstools or enjoy a shared meal at the dining table. After a day of exploring, kick back in the comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favourite shows or catching up on emails. With reverse-cycle heating and cooling and a portable fan, you'll feel perfectly at home no matter the season. Blackout blinds ensure you get the restful sleep you deserve.
Simply Southbank is all about making your stay as easy as possible. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience, and a complete set of linens and towels is provided. You'll also find a collection of books to enjoy during your downtime. A secure parking space is included, so you never have to worry about city parking.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
All linens and towels are included; however, lost or damaged linens/towels may incur a fee.

The lounge sofa can also convert into a double bed if required. The linen is available in the central bedroom cupboard.
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and exit the house. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Sunday: from 8:30 am to 11 pm
Let us know if you're arriving outside of these times.
If you leave at any time and the store is not open, there's a drop-off key lockbox.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.

Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
