Family retreat with Game room/hot tub in Innsbruck Golf Resort minutes away from downtown Helen The Eagle's Nest is located on a private setting tucked in at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms in a spacious 2,300 square foot two-story home with ample parking. The layout is perfect for parents to enjoy a quiet movie upstairs while the kids enjoy the game room with pool table, foosball, board games and TV downstairs.

House was as described, could have been cleaner inside, driveway for normal vehicles was difficult to use. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms and accommodated our guests well.

This house was spacious for the 8 adults we had staying there. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning, drinking our coffee on the porch, and returning at the end of the day to soak in the hot tub and challenge each other to a game of pool.

Great location for a Helen vacation.

House was great, the owner / property manager were great with communication. Great secure area, and a quick drive to get to Helen for Octoberfest.

Great week!

We came for Thanksgiving week and it was a great place to stay. With two families, we had space to spread out but also dine together. Kids had fun playing games and the hot tub was a hit with all.

Great girls week!

The house was great! Plenty of room, and great location, close to all we wanted to do, and places we didn’t know we wanted to go! There were a lot of steps though, so be prepared for that. Other than the steps we loved the place.

Good central location for many attractions, but away from neighbors. Plenty of room in the house for 3-4 couples. Bring extra towels for the hot tub.

The bathrooms need more counter space and the bedroom furniture needed to be arranged differently so that you can get to the closet. There were only two towels and washcloths in the bathrooms.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

The house we stayed in was perfect for our needs. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths for my wife and I and our 3 adult kids with their significant others. It was nice to come back from a day out and relax playing pool or in the hot tub. The house had a very comfy feel to it that made it very easy to relax as if we were in our own home. We'd definitely stay there again if we come back.

The place sits in the mountains of Northern Georgia. If you like seclusion, it's for you. The cabin has entertainment for a family. Very clean.

Nice Quiet Home and Neighborhood.

Home was very nice with all of the amenities. Gate guard was extremely nice and helped us all to navigate into the correct gate. Although the weather was terrible, we enjoyed our stay and all of the Helen attractions.

Great for teens!

Our teenagers had a great time hiking/tubing by day, then playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub by night. It was nice for them to have a separate living area downstairs, almost like they were living in their own apartment. They even had their own small kitchen, along with the games, TV area, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
