Step out onto the private balcony and take in the fresh air whenever the mood strikes! The loft area is perfect for guests who want to feel close to the action - a second small balcony off the loft features views of Gore Creek and ski runs. When it's time for meals, guests can cook up something delicious in the full kitchen and grill up the main course (or some tasty sides) on the balcony's private gas grill. During their stay, guests can partake in shared amenities such as three hot tubs, fitness center, and the heated outdoor pool!

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
