Our Triple Semi-Studio Room can accommodate couples up to four people and is part of our 8 bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, king, full, and twin beds, this property is perfect for large groups or families. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the 5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, bathtubs, and showers. Plus, unwind in the living room with a comfy sofa bed or relax at the back to enjoy the sun or have a break from the rest of the house at the garden on an 1800s vintage table set having a cup of tea or coffee. We have four outside areas where you can seat and relax. Our Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable to enjoy. We offer free WiFi, free parking on request and Laundry services. We choose Epsom in Auckland because is an Upper Class suburb that is very safe and centrally located. We are only 4 Kilometers from downtown. And only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Our house is perfectly located because we have access to motorways/highway north and south that are only 2 minutes away and next to Westfield New Market Shopping center, Auckland Show grounds less than 500 meters, Auckland Green Lane Mercy/Ascot hospitals within 2-3 kilometers.,Mount Eden Village and Mountain summit are few minutes walk and Eden Park stadium 1.5 kilometers. So our Location and Neighborhood is unique pleasant secure comfortable and peaceful.
