Great house and facilities. Spacious rooms, great laundry & spa, large tv with netflix. Main bed very creaky. Location close to beach but shopping, dining (not the bowlo) or cafe options are over 25 min drive away.

The house is gorgeous and very well laid out - great job by the owners. The only complaint was it just wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. We also contacted the host regarding refuse collection and our second email was ignored (bins were full and we asked for advice on how to dispose of our refuse). But this house is fab and in a great location.

Over all stay was good, house was spacious for 7 guest. But the only issued was the cleaness of the property. It looked rush as they were late for us to make the check in. Dishes were not clean properly, even dishwasher was on with nothing inside. And inside and out of the house eeded a better job with vacumming.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
