Guests have access to Entire apartment, as well as all building's facilities including a secure entrance, rooftop gardens, a 25-meter lap pool, a gym, and a sauna. Guests will also have access to multipurpose function room, along with a podium garden featuring BBQ areas and children's play zones. *Some amenities may require booking in advance.
There is no parking available in the building; however, there is secure paid parking available nearby.
Other things to note
You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host if you require more than 1 set of key. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the swipe card and keys to avoid inconvenience.
Note on the condition:
This apartment has been leased for long term tenancy for the past 2-3 years, and while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.

Stay Buddy is not responsible for the availability of building facilities such as the gym, pool, or sauna, especially if they are closed by the building management for maintenance or safety reasons.
