All are equipped with lux hotel-style 100% washed cotton sheets, with blackout/room darkening custom roller shades on all windows for restful shut-eye.

BATHROOM

The semi-ensuite bathroom is accessible via main hallway and directly from the main bedroom.

It is stocked with environmentally-friendly, hypoallergenic plant-based personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap), Turkish cotton hand towels, cotton wash cloths and soft bamboo/cotton bath towels.

NOTE: While the shared amenities like the blow dryer and hot iron are located in this bathroom, they should NOT be used there (or in the master bedroom, or hallway) due to electric circuit limitations. These appliances should only be used in the main living area or secondary bedroom.

ACCESSIBILITY: WHEELCHAIRS & LIMITED MOBILITY

This unit is located on the main floor of a detached house, with all spaces on the same level.

However, accessing the front door requires climbing up or down 6 steps of the front porch, which features a 36" wide entry gate.

Guests can request for the host to provide shower chair/transfer bench and to install bed risers to the king and/or queen bed in order to achieve ADA-compliant mattress height.

HEALTH & WELLNESS: ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Owner has allergies and sensitivities, therefore the unit is cleaned with natural cleaners and linens are washed in unscented natural soap (all certified by Environmental Working Group, EWG), and turnover vacuuming done using HEPA filters. All pillows, cushion inserts and duvets are down-free and hypoallergenic.

If there is anything else we could do to make your stay more comfortable, please reach out in advance before booking. However, there are no "allergen free" guarantees - no cancellations will be allowed or credits/refunds issued on account of Guest sensitivities being triggered during the stay.
