We’re close to Costco, restaurants, Spruce Meadows, and major roads, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful stay.

We chose Alpine Park because it truly feels like a hidden gem in Calgary. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature—without being far from the city.
There are six beautiful parks within walking distance, along with tree-lined boulevards and wide, walkable pathways that make it easy and safe to explore with kids or a coffee in hand.
One of the things we love most is the breathtaking city and mountain views—on a clear day, you can see downtown Calgary in one direction and the Rockies in the other. Sunset walks here are something special.
The playground right across from our house is perfect for families, and the neighborhood is designed to feel connected, walkable, and community-focused.
It’s quiet, calm, and family-friendly—but just 5 minutes from Costco, great restaurants, and all the essentials. You get the best of both worlds: nature, space, and convenience.
