This house is perfectly renovated and very clean and spacious. the main area get so much beautiful light and is so open. there are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bathrooms, all very well renovated and spacious and beautiful, tons of closet space! the tub and bathrooms were amazing. The house had all the essentials you could ask for. I wish the towels were a bit newer (seemed worn out) but otherwise we loved our stay here it was absolutely amazing! thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful, clean, new home in a perfect, walkable location to Newmarket's quaint Main Street. It does lack the high-end touches you would expect in this type of property ...full size beds vs queen or larger in bedrooms, faded old towels, minimal furniture in bedrooms and on deck.

Family Vacation

The property wasn’t suitable for our family of 12 as there weren’t enough beds, cutlery or crockery. 5 members of our family ended up sleeping on airbeds.

Fantastic house a bit smaller then u think for the size based on the outside. the basement is not included in the full house but I don’t believe anyone resides down there the water went cold on the last day took 20 min for the hot water to come back other then that beautiful home host response time was very well time mannered

Our stay was very good. The location of the house was excellent. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The only reason I did not give it a five star rating was due to the inaccuracy of the listing with regards to beds available. We had seven adults and four small children and upon arrival it was noted that there were only beds for 7 adults. The kitchen was not really equipped for 11 people to eat all at once it was lacking cutlery and bowls. However, I would like it noted that when we realized that the bedding situation was not as listed, I contacted the host and he was very polite and accommodating and rectified the situation for us in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Great stay, lovely clean home, and very close to the wedding venue we were attending. I misread some of the sleeping arrangements, but we were still accommodated with air mattresses, there were 11 of us.
