The open plan living/dining/kitchen upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire and leads to a north/west facing covered deck area for outdoor entertaining with stainless steel BBQ and setting.

The master bedroom has a king bed and semi-en-suite bathroom, with a bath, which doubles as a guest bathroom with access to the hallway. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x king single beds. The downstairs area has a rumpus room with a bunk bed, the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and laundry, opening to the back yard with a fantastic play house.
