This stunning property offers a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, elegant wooden trusses, and a large fireplace. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, it captures breathtaking views of the expansive garden. The space seamlessly flows into the dining area, featuring a long, stylish table ideal for memorable dinners.
The hallway leads to the main bedroom with a Queen bed, followed by a bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). A large, modern bathroom features a rain shower, with a separate toilet and powder room. Upstairs, the spectacular mezzanine loft offers additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a bunk (sleeps 4). A second bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Ducted heating is present throughout the home.
In addition to the main living spaces, there's a cozy sitting area with a second Tuscan-inspired fireplace overlooking the private rear garden. The central kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a large oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
Quality fittings, wooden floors, and an inviting ambiance create a truly special atmosphere. The property also features a luxurious pool and a tennis court for both relaxation and recreation. Located in the heart of Portsea, it’s just a short walk via a private track to Portsea village and the front beach.
