Welcome to our seaside oasis at the Mediterranea! We have vacationed here for many years, falling in love with all that Destin has to offer so we decided to buy a home of our own! We have completely remodeled and updated the unit with new flooring, paint, new furniture, and new decor throughout as to bring the scenic beauty of the coast indoors. Inside you'll find two bedrooms each an en suite and king size bed. There are 2.5 baths with a newly designed walk in shower in the master bathroom, new granite in both bathrooms and a half bath that houses beach gear perfectly. The living room has a 75" flat screen and both bedrooms have 55" flat screens so you'll never miss your favorite shows; the unit also has WiFi access throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking and baking needs featuring all stainless steel appliances.
Last, but not least, the balconies; there is a private balcony off of each bedroom as well as the main balcony off of the living room, and the views are spectacular, truly... million dollar views. We've equipped the main balcony with high gliding adirondack chairs that will quickly become your favorite sitting area; add in the fourth floor breeze from the ocean and it is absolute perfection!
The complex offers a massive resort size pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and easy access to the sugar-white sandy beach directly across the road where we've reserved two chairs and an umbrella for people watching, afternoon napping or just for enjoying the blissful ocean breeze.
The Mediterranea is a secure and gated complex with underground parking that provides a completely safe environment for your stay.
We invite you to come relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Miramar beach at our home away from home..... it's DESTINed to be.

Family vacation

We’ve vacationed in this area for years, but this was our 1st time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! The condo was extremely comfortable and well equipped. I loved the private beach with chair service, and the pool was nicely maintained. The condo is in a good location for many restaurants and shopping. The property management was in touch frequently to make sure all was good, which it was! I would highly suggest this unit for your next beach vacation!

Perfect Condo in Perfect Location

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The location was ideal with the ocean and restaurant right across the streat. The beach chair set up was ideal as you never had to worry about having a great spot on the beach. The kids loved the huge pool and the interior decor of the unit was super nice. Communication with the owner was very timely and you knew she was focused on making the whole experience a great one. The only thing I would point out is that the master bedroom bed was very soft. Completely a personal preference but for us it was too soft so we ended up using the guest room (which was just as nice). Plan to re book again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mediterranea and this condo. The unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, along with the fantastic pool and easy beach access, made it a wonderful location to relax and unwind. The condo we stayed in was especially lovely, with updated bathrooms and great decor. We even had the option to spend time on the patio and enjoy the view or watch TV. The owners were excellent hosts who communicated well before and during our stay, and they were quick to resolve any issues that arose. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would love to stay in this condo at the Mediterranea again. Thank you!

Family Vacation

This was our first stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. We really enjoyed the pool and it was close to many restaurants.

Great Condo! Very cozy.

Nice view and decor was lovely. We have stayed at Mediterranea before and the location is great. Beach chair service was a nice touch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. The owners are very kind and attentive…constant communication. We will definitely be back!!

The Perfect Vacation

The communication with Tina was outstanding. She was very proactive and detail oriented. She cares deeply about her home and wants you to enjoy it as much as she does. The condo was very nice with an amazing view. Everything was updated and in great condition. The Mediterranea Pool is the best. It’s huge and located in the middle of the property. It was very well maintained and never too crowded. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella on the private beach is incredible. The location of the condo is within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and sweet treats. This is the 6th time we’ve stayed at Mediterranea and the first time in this unit. This experience stood out among the rest. I highly recommend this property.

Beach oasis for an active family!

The owners thought of all the details that make a vacation seamless and provided good communication with us before and during our stay. This condo was the perfect spot for us to unwind and is likely the best equipped kitchen we have found! We bought fresh seafood from Skippers and were able to cook it with ease. We appreciated the two coffee maker options, because I love a traditional coffee pot but know many enjoy a Keurig. The furniture was cozy and the linens were high quality. All of the appliances and tech worked well. The beach umbrella rental and beach towels were a nice touch. Our family played nightly at the wonderful condo pool to cap off our days. The condo porch has a lovely view all hours of the day. We experienced jet skiing and parasailing at the destin harbor (Xtreme H20 and Just Chute Me were both great), fireworks over the harbor, fresh seafood and cocktails at Pompano Joes, Crab Trap and The Back Porch. Mezcal is a tasty mexican spot with a large outdoor patio. Our kids enjoyed a break from the sun at the arcade, Thrills, and delicious ice cream next door at Moo LaLa. We cannot say enough good things about this condo, the complex and owners! Highly recommend!

Girl’s Getaway

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and there is no where else we would stay. From the location, to the way the owners have decorated and continue to upgrade, the hostess is the absolute best and is available should you need her. The unit is just our home away from home; it is a lovely, beachy setting that makes you want to never leave and it has everything you need. We just absolutely love it and start counting down until the next time we go the day we leave. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Miramar Beach!

We have vacationed in Destin for many years, and this property was by far the cleanest, nicest, and BEST place yet! The owner was great to work with. The location was quiet and in a perfect location. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely fabulous property!

This condo and overall property is absolutely fantastic!! The unit is so beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, the window and balcony views are awesome. The unit had everything you could need. The grounds of the gated property and pool are also so very well kept. We have stayed at many nice places in Destin through the years and this by far is the best. We can’t wait to come back. Also, the owners had great communication and wanted to make sure everything with our stay was fantastic.

Nicest Unit We've Ever Rented!

We've spent many vacations in Miramar Beach, and this unit is by far the nicest unit we've ever rented! It's been updated and beautifully decorated without being pretentious. It's elevated but comfortable with plenty of space for four adults, good quality appliances, and amazing views. I also love that this unit gets the morning sun so it stays cooler throughout the day. Tina has stocked it with everything you need - quality bedding, huge, fluffy towels, dishes, etc. The Mediterranea is also one of the quietest complexes - you hardly hear anything from neighboring units. You've got easy access to a huge pool, the beach, and a quaint gazebo which is ideal for sipping your morning coffee and watching sunsets. Tina was always friendly, available, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. A very gracious hostess! If I had to share any negatives it would be that the pool wasn't heated during our stay. The listing says "seasonally" which we hoped meant during the coolest months, but it's obviously during peak rental season which is March through October (not a huge deal). Other than that, we had zero complaints & will definitely rent this unit in the future!

Loved everything

First, Tina is amazing to work with. Seriously an above and beyond person!! Second, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the hard flooring throughout the unit and furniture and bedding was very nice!! We will definitely be back!!

Home away from home!

This property was great! The unit was beautifully decorated. I am a clean freak and this property met my standards! It has been one of the few properties I have stayed in where I felt it was as nice and clean as home! Tina was also great to work with.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The view is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed. I was especially happy to see the Keurig coffee maker. Tina stayed in contact with us and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

We hail from Southeast Missouri where there is plenty of heat and humidity but certainly no ocean view! Ha! Over the years we have traveled to some of the most beautiful places in the world but Destin is still our all time favorite, so after many vacations and stays at the Mediterranea we decided to take the leap from renter to owner!

We love everything about the Mediterranea, the safety of being in a gated community, the small size of the complex (50ish units total), the underground parking so our vehicle never gets hot or rained on; the giant size pool that is always crystal clear, the fact that the beach is directly across the street from the complex with absolutely nothing to obscure the gorgeous view of the ocean! There is so much to love about the Mediterranea, come check it out and see for yourself!
