Rose Cottage is an enchanting country home in the heart of the Rutherglen wine region. The home is nestled between De Bortoli vineyard to the front and and farmland to the back. It has plenty of room to relax on the large back deck, with enclosed backyard, where one can sit and take in the rural vistas of sheep, vines and olive groves. Only a 5 minute stroll to cafes, shops, local wine tasting and gourmet restaurants. The rail trail is a mere 200m for those looking to cycle the regional loops.

The space
The classic floor plan plays host to high ceilings and timber floorboards. It has a spacious open plan kitchen, living area, large backdeck and yard, allowing plenty of room to entertain, relax and unwind.

The outside offers a secure backyard for the dog or kids to run around with rural views. Large carport suitable for 4 cars or a caravan, boat or trailer.

Accomodation comprises of three generous bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: queen bed with built in robes.
Bedroom 2: queen bed with build in robes.
Bedroom 3: queen bed with wardrobe.
Sunroom annexe off living room: two single beds.
Cottage can sleep 6 - 8.

Bathroom: shower, bath & basin. Separate toilet.
Laundry: washing machine, iron & ironing board.

The house has ducted gas heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, microwave, Ninja doublestack airfryer and sodastream water.

High chair, portable cot and baby bath are available upon request.
