Accessibility:

+ There are no stairs to enter the house from the carport, however there is one step from the mudroom into the house, approximately 7" high.

+ The interior staircase have a bannister halfway up the stairs (see photo in Bedroom). The mudroom step does not have a bannister.

+ The shower door opening is about 22" wide and the curb at the bottom (what you need to step over) is approximately 7" high.

Other things to note:
Located 1hr to Kirkwood/Caples Lake, and 1hr 45min to South Lake Tahoe, this area is the ideal jumping off point for exploring the beautiful hikes, lakes, mountain creeks, wine country and small towns of the Sierras.
