The Space:

This spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in Clermont sleeps 18 and puts you minutes from Disney and Orlando's theme parks. With 4,034 square feet, a heated private pool, and a game room, it's built for families and groups who want room to spread out and memories to share.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All eight bedrooms come with quality linens and plenty of space to settle in. On the ground floor, you'll find a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, two more king bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, while two rooms with twin singles share a bathroom, and a king and a room with two doubles share another. Six full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, even with a full house.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The main living room centers around a large sofa and smart TV — the kind of space where everyone gathers after a park day. Upstairs, a second loft sitting area offers another sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV when you need a quieter spot. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, including a dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table that seats 10, or grab a quick breakfast at the bar.



Outdoor Amenities

Step through the living or dining area onto the screened lanai, where your private heated pool and whirlpool wait. Sun loungers line the deck, and there's an outdoor dining table for meals in the Florida air. The game room keeps the fun going inside with a pool table, basketball hoop, smart TV, and high-top seating for friendly competition.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the home, and the breakfast bar doubles as a workspace when you need to log on. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and iron so you can pack light. Free parking is available in the driveway, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least 7 days before check-in. Starter supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and bathroom essentials are provided, but bring your own washcloths and plan to restock during longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have private keyless access to the house and private outdoor areas as well as FREE, FULL ACCESS to the resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

When you stay at Windsor Cay Community, you'll be part of a fantastic community with loads of awesome stuff to do nearby! You'll be super close to Disney and other theme parks, great shopping spots, yummy restaurants, grocery stores, top-notch golf courses, and everything you need for an amazing vacation!



Getting Around:

The home, inside the Windsor Cay community, is about 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).



Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
