Experience luxury and comfort in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in Stateline close to the best of South Lake Tahoe. Ideal for a family retreat, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and mountain adventures, whether you're looking for a summer escape or a cozy winter getaway this home has it all. Bring the fur-babies too! The home is pet friendly with a fully fenced in backyard.
This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 10-person total. This applies 24/7.

- Bedroom 1 (Primary): Located upstairs, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and a 75-inch TV
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, dresser, and two bedside tables
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, large closet, dresser, and two bedside tables
- Bedroom 4: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids, with a closet, children’s books, and a telescope
• 2 Bathrooms
- Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, single vanity, and newly updated finishes
- Bathroom 2: Located downstairs with a shower/tub combo, single vanity sink, and also newly updated
• Living Room: The spacious main living area boasts a large sectional couch, two lounge chairs by the gas fireplace, and an 85-inch Sony TV with Sonos speakers for the ultimate entertainment experience. A small foosball table and checkers are available for added fun
• Kitchen: The modern kitchen features marble countertops and stainless steel LG appliances, including a standard-sized fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. It is also equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and ample dining space. The dining room table seats 7, and a smaller kitchen table seats 4.
• Outdoor Space: The large fenced backyard is perfect for family gatherings and pets, complete with a deck, gas BBQ (available only during the summer months), and a hot tub.

In the summer, walk to Lake Tahoe's crystal-clear waters at Lakeside Beach & Marina for boating, and beach days, or explore the nearby hiking and biking trails in the stunning Sierra Nevada mountains. Just a short drive to Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, where you can enjoy world-class golfing in a stunning lakeside setting. After a day of adventure, head to the vibrant Stateline area for dining, entertainment, shopping, and casino excitement. Return to the home in the evening for a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
