BAYVIEW BLISS is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, close to the playground and beach, amazing sea views with plenty of room for the family.

Open plan kitchen with island bench, large fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine and frother (BYO pods), coffee plunger, stick mixer, slow cooker, air fryer, blender. Dining area with table and chairs, blue tooth stereo, assortment of games, puzzles and books. Living area with 2 x 2.5 seater lounges, large glass coffee table, combustion heater (BYO wood), split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, Blu-Ray player. small assortment of dvd's.

Rear deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ, egg chair, excellent sea views! Walk through the large gate to access the playground, bike track and beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - tri-bunk (queen on bottom king single on top), bed 3 - tri-bunk (queen on bottom king single on top)

Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bathmat and tea towels.

** If you have no king bed sheets (top/bottom) they can be hired for $40 - you will still need to take your pillow cases and towels and other linen, please advise office staff if you would like to hire them **
