Located up the spiral stairs you will find a king size bed in the loft area. The full-size bathroom which has a bathtub and shower combination is conveniently located just inside the living and kitchen area, so everyone has easy access.

Just because you’re away from home, doesn’t me you won’t have everything you need from home. Grand Beach Penthouse 3 has a washing machine and dryer, and Wi-Fi so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to do your laundry or have connection issues when you are trying to upload all the great photos you took during your day at the beach. The location simply cannot be beat. There is a large outdoor pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs all around the pool deck. If your mouth is watering for a grilled hamburger or hot dog, take advantage of the onsite grilling area.

Parking is limited to 2 passes per reservation. There is a ring doorbell camera at the entry way of the condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.
