Fabulous Location

Fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with an amazing location. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the long deck with a beautiful view. What more could you ask for!

Beyond Expectations!!! 5 Stars!!

Do not pass up staying in this condo! You're going to love the decor. Right out of "Coastal Living" magazine. Kitchen has "everything" you need and more! Love the kitchen layout, the beautiful tile, flat top stove, deep country sink, cupboards and counter tops galore. M bathroom walk in shower w/rain shower head, gorgeous tile, deep sink, plenty of towels and more. Two balconies for a beautiful view of the beach. Short walk to sandy beach. Be sure to try the banana boat ride. Very reasonably priced, our girls loved it!! And did I mention Mike provides chairs, sandy mat, boggie boards beach towels! Communication with Mike is excellent from the moment of booking to checking to see if we're have a good time. Barefoot Landing Mall is 4 min. away! Yummy restaurants, House of Blues, fun shops and a great floating Tiki Bar. All you need for fun and relaxing is to pack your clothes and drive to Mike and Janet's condo! You won't be sorry! Thanks Mike n Janet for a fabulous time...

An amazing stay

Beautiful condo! The host was the best! They have thought of everything g to make your stay easy, including beach chairs and toys! The host was so easy and so good to work with each step of the way. Loved the quiet location of the condo, and that ocean view! If we get back to North Myrtle, this is the place we are staying!

Great Spring Break Week

Stayed for a week for Spring Break for a softball tournament. Location is convenient to everything. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Mike was excellent. We were lucky enough to even watch the Lunar Eclipse from the balcony. When next year's softball dates are released, this will be our first choice. Thanks for a great week!

My wife and I found this condo to be very unique, why unique? We've stayed at VRBO rentals before and this one was by far and away the best rental we have ever stayed in. This condo was even better and cleaner than most non VRBO rentals that are 4-5 star rated. Mike the owner was very easy and friendly to talk to. Made sure everything was taken care of before we got there and even contacted me earlier on check in day to tell us we could enter way earlier which we were very happy about because we would have needed more than 6 hours to fill our time with after flying in, something I have never experienced before anywhere. I will definitely be calling Mike next year for our next Myrtle Beach vacation. The only thing I can say was wrong was Mike couldn't assure us we would have warmer weather. PS. This rental has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the one thing I noticed is that there was no cumulative dirt and grime build up found in any corner including the bathrooms. I have never felt more comfortable at any other places I have ever stayed at. Daniel

Ocean Front Charm Lives up to its Name

This 2 bedroom updated condo is absolutely perfect for 1 or 2 couples. The owner has thought of everything for your convenience and the Windy Hill area is absolutely wonderful and close to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Perfect!

This was our third year coming to North Myrtle Beach and this stay and this condo was absolutely perfect! Mike thought of everything! He went above and beyond from the little toiletries to the beach gear. The place was fully stocked! We honestly just had to pack ourselves which was awesome especially with a kiddo and having to drive 9 hours. From the moment we booked to the time we left the communication was great! The place itself was very clean and smelt so good!! The balcony was really nice with comfortable furniture to enjoy the nights. The indoor pool and hot tub was great for the couple rainy days we had and the location was perfect! Looking forward to booking here next year!!

Our Best Stay Ever

After 10 completely perfect summers in North Myrtle Beach, this has been our absolute favorite condo. The morning we left my 12yr old son handed me a card from the counter with the listing info, hugged me, and said “you did an amazing job booking this place mom…let’s come back here”. Mike the owner did an incredible job communicating with us from booking right up to check out, the condo was spotless and even smelled wonderful upon check in, and it was fully stocked including pack n’ play/blender/can opener/cookware/Keurig/etc. The halfwall balcony with no railing was perfect with an active toddler. Our mattresses were firm and comfy. And we were in excellent proximity to our favorite restaurants like Nacho Hippo, Joe’s, Flying Fish, Benito’s and more. We brought plenty of our own beach gear, but there were two nice beach chairs, kids beach chairs, and sand toys had we needed them. There was always plenty of parking which is something we have had an issue with in other places. And the staff on the grounds were extremely friendly and constantly working to keep the building tidy. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here!

Ocean front condo is very cute and kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots/ pans, small appliances and salt/ pepper shakers. Loved the master shower, washer/dryer, extra beach towels and hot tub down stairs. My husband and I hope to stay here again next year and appreciated the prompt communication with the owner despite him being out of the country during our stay. We highly recommend this unit.

Ocean Front view, very short walk to beach. room was tastefully decorated. excellent updated shower. The in-room washer and dryer extremely quiet. Multiple food choices less than 0.5 miles. The in-door pool / spa was great! Would stay there again!

Very nice and clean condo

We had an excellent visit. Our condo was near barefoot Landing and many restaurants. It was nice and clean also very welcoming. Has indoor pool and Jacuzzi with great access to the beach. Great view of the beach. I definitely will rent it again.

Winter getaway

It was a wonderful week at Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and up to date. It included everything needed for a comfortable, relaxed oceanfront stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and it's only steps to the beach. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great. Michael was an excellent host, answered all my questions, and provided recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. We all agreed that Chestnut Hill and Blueberry Grill Restaurants were delicious and worth revisiting. The only additional things that might have been nice is a screen door in the master bedroom to be able to hear the ocean sounds at night, and a full length mirror somewhere in the condo. In all it was one of the best places we have rented, and we won't hesitate to go back!

5 star stay!

I enjoyed my stay for 9 days. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly from check in to check out. Mike was a wonderful host and had very good communication with us. The condo was very clean and well stocked and had a good view of the ocean. Everything was updated from top to bottom and the attention to detail was very well thought-out and appreciated. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool! We come down to North Myrtle often and would love to come back!

Home away from home

Our stay at the Sea Winds condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. We arrived late at night, however, Mike, made himself available and was able to answers any questions I had promptly. The view of the ocean and the condo was beautiful. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place

Great updates space that accommodates all ages. Michael was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. The place was very clean and very easy access to the beach. Overall location was wonderful and close to most of the main attractions (Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, Outlets, etc) Recently updated and very nice. (Some trim wasn’t finished-not a big deal to me). We are looking forward to our next stay with these nice individuals.
