In the sought after Westdale area, close to downtown, Locke Street, Niagara escarpment, Royal Botanical Gardens, waterfront, cycling paths and walking trails.
This newly renovated luxury space is located in the basement of a family home. The unit is completely self contained and has a private separate entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed with high end mattress. The living area has a desk for working and a breakfast bar for dining. The bathroom is a new 4 piece with a toilet, sink, shower and whirlpool tub. These areas are private for the traveller/guest. The kitchenette is has a fridge, countertop stove, microwave, convection oven. There is free street parking for your car.

There are two people living on this property, and both are orginally from Ontario, Canada. Barbara lives in the main house and Martha lives in a cottage at the back of the property. We enjoy being co-hosts and getting to know the interesting people who stay in our place.
Our suite is pet friendly. There is a happy dog visiting occasionally and a quiet cat in the upstairs of the house. The litter box and cat's food is in the shared laundry room downstairs. You may not see the cat as she can be shy.

The Westdale North neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to all amenities. We are also the water and surrounding trails.
