Welcome to our comfy and modern apartment with 2 beds + 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a large balcony.
Conveniently located in the central and vibrant Indooroopilly area, only 20 minutes short train trip to Brisbane CBD and just a 10-minute walk to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, with train and bus stations right outside the door. The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe, with plenty restaurants and cafes.
This family-size apartment has an open-plan living/dining area opens onto a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and open the sliding doors to let the breeze in.
Living room:
- Open plan living with large sliding doors and multiple windows
- Big screen TV with Chrome Cast and Fast Wi-Fi
- Dining setting for 4 people
- Comfy furniture
- Large Split-System Air-Con in the living room
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with built-in wardrobe
Bathrooms + Laundry:
- 1x Shower only in ensuite bathroom
- 1x Shower over bathtub
- Vanity, Toilet, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash provided
- Top quality linen and towels
- Easy to use washing machine and dryer. There is also a portable drying rack stored next to the washing machine which you can use to dry personal items on the balcony if you choose.

Please be aware that nighttime goods trains can be noisy. We advise that you close your balcony door at night so that you can sleep without being disturbed.
