Guests occupy the entire apartment ( one of three apartments in the building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.

5. There is a Ring doorbell on the property.
Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check-out. When possible, if the Guest pays shipping, owners will mail forgotten items.
