ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door, camera 2 is also located on the front door facing the entry, camera 3 is located on the top of the house facing the street, camera 4 is located on the left side of the house facing the yard, and cameras 5 and 6 are both located on the dock, facing the dock and boat lift. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound 24/7, except for the Ring camera which is motion activated- This 2-story home requires 5 steps to access. While a bedroom with a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom are on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to reach the 3 main bedrooms- The pictured boat is not available for guest use- The boat lift is not included or accessible for guest use- Local vendor 'Feet Wet' offers guests a discount for boat, kayak, or jet ski rentals.
