Our two-bedroom duplex combines modern design with total comfort. Relax in a super comfortable queen bed and king bed.
cook your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the natural light that fills every corner of the space. The balcony is perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Each room is secured with locks for your privacy and peace of mind, and free Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the living/dining area, kitchen, tv, loundry and balcony. The apartment is designed for privacy, with locked rooms and a private bathroom, ideal for 4 guests. . we can also provide a crib, making it perfect for a couple with children. The host was very helpful, the location excellent, and the amenities mostly excellent. I would have liked to be able to watch free to air TV, at least. It was cold the first couple of nights so extra blankets would have helped, and a variety of pillows.

We have had difficulty with communication with Maria pre-the holiday she did not answer a question regarding an earlier check-in as our flights had changed for more than a week and had to be reminded. On check-in day Maria didn’t facilitate the lockbox code before the check-in time and had to be called. The property has some maintenance issues – 1/ Second bedroom electronic door lock doesn’t work - you could get locked out of the bedroom, 2/ Bedroom windows do not open. 3/Balcony door lock is missing - We do understand that we were on the first floor and pretty safe didn’t feel comfortable with no lock on the door. 4/ There was an old washing machine on the balcony. 5/ Very large picture in the lounge that wasn’t hung on the wall. 6/ One of the prints on the second bedroom wall had fallen off the wall onto the pillow before we arrived, as they were just taped to the wall to hang them. Maria did answer queries when we were staying and it is a great location for the transport links. There were limited towels at the property, but when Maria was called, she came with brand-new ones within 15 minutes.

Thank you, Hugh, for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that all check-in information, including access codes and instructions, was provided prior to the official check-in time of 3:00 pm, in line with the booking terms. Unfortunately, an early check-in was not possible due to the same-day departure of previous guests and the required cleaning time. I would also like to note that a family member arrived earlier on the day, prior to your arrival, and was not the person who made the reservation. Although I was not advised in advance of this change, I still assisted by directing them to the information already provided in the booking, in order to help ensure a smooth arrival until you landed. During your stay, I remained available and responsive to any queries, and I’m pleased that I was able to assist promptly with fresh towels when contacted. I’m also glad to hear that the location worked well for your transport needs. Thank you for highlighting the maintenance items. These have since been reviewed and addressed to improve the experience for future guests. I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best. Kind regards, Maria
