Absorb peaceful lake and mountains views from the sauna and wraparound deck. Wake up to stunning sunrises, birdsong & maybe even wallabies grazing. At night lose yourself in the milky way. Surrounded by stunning beaches and a bush-walk at the end of the street. The perfect getaway and true Aussie experience for overseas visitors. We have two very friendly dogs who live next door that may come to greet you. Send them home if they are a bother. Or let me know and I will tell the neighbours to keep them inside.

THE PROPERTY
The home is comfortable, peaceful with three large bedrooms, containing a queen, two king singles and two single beds.

The open plan lounge features a massive wood burning combustion fire, smart TV, great mobile reception and Ultra Fast WiFi through Starlink.

The large gourmet kitchen is well equipped, with essential supplies on an honour system, should you run out.

There's a huge spa bath bathroom, a second bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry, plus two additional outside showers.

There's also an outside fire pit, gas bbq and outdoor tables on both sides of the house,

Reverse air-conditioning in lounge and master bedroom and fans in all rooms.

GUEST ACCESS
Access is via lockbox. The code and directions will be given via arrivals guide when you book.

Please keep all furry friends off the furniture.

Please also remove high heels before entering. (Especially the men!)

It is best to arrive during daylight hours to avoid wallabies.

The road in is unpaved, but usually well maintained. If you drive carefully you will not need a 4WD.

I will not be at the house to meet you. But if you need anything in an emergency please call me.

The pantry is very well stocked with basics and more. We have an honesty system - just feed the piggy bank if you use anything.

Small supermarkets and petrol are at Foodworks (Lakesway) Bungwahl and Buledelah.

First aid kid is in the top right white cupboard in hallway.

The nearest hospital is at Taree, though there are Doctors at Bulladelah and Blueys beach on selected days.

It's advisable to wear shoes outside.

It is best to arrive during daylight hours to make it easier for you to find, and to be wallaby safe.

Please no parties.

Sauna. Just use the up and down buttons to increase temperature and time. Stereo: quickly press the STC button at the top left. Then search BT to connect Sunlighten sauna to your mobile.

Inside fire. Open the vent to the left (top) to get the fire burning - then when you have enough heat move the lever to the left.


If you use the firepit, please douse the flames after use. We are in bushland region.
