Tucked down a quiet sandy-lane street in Eastham, this home serves as your gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore, with Salt Pond Visitors Center just a short stroll away. Renovated in 2024, the Salt Pond House features a brand-new in-ground heated saltwater pool, perfect for refreshing dips after a day at the beach… or spending day never leaving the house.

The one level floor plan offers a flexible living space perfect for visitors of all ages. The main space features the living room with plenty of seating and the perfectly appointed kitchen with counter seating and premium appliances. To one side you will find the bedrooms and a spa worthy full bathroom with oversized glass shower. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a charmingly set up space with 2 built-in bunk style double beds, each featuring their own reading lights. The other side of the home leads into a quiet office space with built in desk (in case you MUST get work done) with doors out to the truly amazing screened in porch. Designed with function and comfort in mind, you and your guests will be able to enjoy the fresh air no matter the weather. A dining table, large sectional couch, ceiling fan and a TV will make this room the hub of your vacation for sure. The lower level of the home has an additional hang out space with TV, an half bathroom and a great exercise area.

Outside, the good sized deck features comfy chairs and a gas grill. Steps down from the deck is an outdoor dining table, perfect for al-fresco meals. From there, paved paths lead to different outdoor amenities. To one side is a truly unique outdoor shower with a changing area and half bathroom. No need to run inside with wet feet for bathroom breaks! To the other side is the jewel of the home: the fenced-in, in-ground, heated salt water pool.

Situated in the ideal Outer Cape location, you’re just steps from stunning ocean beaches, peaceful marshes, and tranquil ponds. A short bike ride along the Salt Pond Marsh Trail brings you to Coast Guard or Nauset Beach, as well as Eastham’s beautiful ponds and bayside beaches. Just 0.3 miles away, the Salt Pond Visitors Center offers free weekly concerts, daily nature programs, historical displays, and access to the Nauset Marsh trails for kayaking and canoeing. The nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail provides easy bike access across the Outer Cape, making Orleans and Wellfleet town centers minutes away by bike or car. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
