4 bedroom 2 bath cream city brick victorian home in charming historic neighborhood just blocks from downtown.

Easy street parking, great location, close to everything that Milwaukee has to offer. Walking distance from Fiserv forum, multiple local breweries and restaurants.

The space:
Fully renovated in 2019! Includes a beautiful master bed and bath with walk in shower. A well appointed kitchen, large dining room (dining room table comfortably seats 10) and living room make this place great for hosting large groups. 3 queen beds, 3 full beds, couch and air mattresses provide plenty of sleeping options. Large yard for outdoor entertaining.

You'll have the entire 2,000 sq ft home for your group to enjoy.

Other things to note:
We have put a lot of time and effort into the furnishing, fixtures, and details of this property. We expect our guests to respect the space but also hope that they thoroughly enjoy their time in Milwaukee.

Great for groups!

Fantastic property that's a 4-5 min drive to downtown (Fiserv forum area)! Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. This house is perfect for larger groups/families. Will definitely use this property again when staying in Milwaukee.

A Great Stay!

The host was excellent in providing necessary information and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house has much character and many beautiful features. It provided places inside and outside for our group of 7 to comfortably be together. A necessary feature, since we had lots of catching up to do! We appreciated that our parallel parking skills weren’t tested, since we basically had the street to ourselves. The location was a short drive to all our Milwaukee areas of interest.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! Location is close to lots of fun things to do in downtown and the house had everything we needed! Having the nice fenced yard was a huge plus for us - it was beautiful to relax in and allowed the kids to play outside in the beautiful weather!

A Great Stay

A good place to stay, vey clean and great view of the lake. There's really only one complaint, and probably nothing to be done about it. The second bathroom is way too far away from the upstairs bedrooms. A problem for older people only, I guess

Terrific house in a great neighborhood

The 5th Street Retreat was fantastic for my family of 5. Plenty of space, excellent kitchen, comfy beds - we loved it! It was clean, well stocked and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway in Milwaukee!

We rented this property for a week-long stay in Milwaukee with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 4) and were very pleased with the experience. The location was perfect and the drive to museums, restaurants, the airport, etc was all very manageable. All of the activities we did were within 10 minutes, and the airport was only a 15-20 minute drive. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together but still have space to breathe. The dining room table was PERFECT and seated 8 comfortably. We arrived at the property a bit earlier than I expected and the hosts were very accommodating to my error. We were able to grab groceries at a charming little market nearby and arrived back right at 4 to a very easy checkin. Checkout was also very easy. The house was nicely stocked with a full kitchen and beds were all very comfortable. Our kids had a great time running around the fenced in backyard and chasing bunnies :) I’d definitely stay here again if we ever head back to Milwaukee!

Just what we needed!

The location is excellent. All of the amenities are there. Beds super comfy. Parking in front of the house was no problem. Nice area to sit out back. Definitely recommend.

Family gathering

The house is spacious and perfect for the whole family. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the massive bathroom upstairs. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean house! We’d definitely come back! Thanks again.

Perfect House

We loved this property!! Updates on the house were very nice and we had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and was clean. We especially loved the beds and pillows so comfortable. Location was short drive to restaurants and bars. They had games provided in the house for us to play. We are already planning our next trip back!
