OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• We have a minimum age requirement of 27 y/o to be able to book the property.
• Upon booking, we require a photocopy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.
• Check-in is between 3 pm and 10pm only.
• Prior authorization is needed for more than 2 visitors at one time who are not listed as guests.
• Music must be kept low and end by 8 pm outdoors; it should not carry beyond the front gate.

• Security cameras monitor the outdoor perimeter and driveways. If cameras are tampered with, we reserve the right to visit the property to fix the issue.
PARKING
• A maximum of 4 cars is allowed unless approved beforehand. RV parking is available.

• Treat this home like it’s your own. No loud noise or unauthorized gatherings. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated.
BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN
• Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!
CANCELLATION POLICY
• We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. There are no refunds or reschedules without travel insurance. For any concerns regarding potential cancellations or changes, including health issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

• Unauthorized guests may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Only the booked number of guests is permitted.
