Spacious lakefront cottage at Lake Simcoe! The cottage has 67 feet private and direct access waterfront to Lake Simoce. It is about an hour drive from Toronto. Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage consists of 5 bedrooms with 8 beds (5 beds and 1 bunk bed with 3 level), 2.5 washrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, sauna room, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious deck complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture. And the fire pit is located at the backyard.

* Lakefront: Private and direct access to the waterfront through the backyard of the cottage, the waterfront has 67 feet shoreline at Lake Simcoe. The water is clear and shallow, 30 feet away from the shoreline is only 3 to 4 feet deep, and 60 feet away from the shoreline is approximately 4 to 5 feet deep. The bottom of the lake is full of small round river stones; the lake water is good for swimming, fishing, boating and water sport.
* Hot Tub (93”x93”): The Outdoor Hot Tub is sitting on the deck (operating 24/7 all year round).
* BBQ Grill: The outdoor BBQ Grill is hook up with gas pipeline (operating 24/7 all year round).
* Deck: The Hot Tub, BBQ Grill and Patio Furniture are sitting on the deck.
* Fire Pit: Two benches are around the Fire Pit, good for family gathering around the fire pit (Guests need to bring their own fire woods).
* Sauna: Indoor Sauna is located in the second floor (operating 24/7 all year round).
* Dock: The dock is available from the middle of Spring to the middle of autumn.

5 bedrooms (All bedrooms have Great Lake View & Sunset View):
1) Master Bedroom with full en-suite washroom & closet: King bed, night tables (1st Floor).
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, night tables (1st Floor).
3) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (3 levels), table, bookcase (1st Floor).
4) Bedroom 4: King bed, night tables & walk-in closet (2nd Floor).
5) Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds, night tables & closet (2nd Floor).
In total, there are 8 beds, which are suitable for up to 13 guests.

* Dining Room: Solid wood dining table set with 8 solid wood chairs.

Parking Spaces (Six to Ten (6 to10) vehicles depend on the size of the vehicles):
- Driveway: The driveway is 25’ x 45’ = 1,125 S.F. The driveway can park four to six (4 to 6) vehicles; and
- Additional Parking: The additional parking spaces is on the right side of the driveway which is 25’x35’= 875 S.F. The additional parking can park two to four (2 to 4) vehicles.
