This cozy retreat is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil escape. Located just 35 mins from Whistler, offering world-class downhill skiing, snowboarding and amazing nightlife.

Only 30 mins to Joffre Lakes, a stunning spot for hiking and backcountry skiing and 10 minutes to the Village of Pemberton.

Comfortable amenities, including a wood-burning stove (*decommissioned in Summer), fully equipped kitchen, and rustic decor. Nestled in a serene natural setting, this charming cabin offers the perfect blend of cozy comfort and rustic elegance.

The bedroom features a luxurious queen hybrid bed, adorned with soft, high-quality linens that promise restful nights. The living room, where a wood stove (*Sept thru May) and leather sofa create a warm, intimate atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures.
Firewood and fire making materials will be provided and replenished as necessary.

A compact expandable dining table invites you to enjoy meals together with all windows framing Cedars, Firs and Hemlock trees.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare your favorite dishes.

The rolling library ladder provides access to the loft, where two full-size beds await, perfect for accommodating friends or family.

This cabin combines the charm of rustic living with all the modern amenities for a truly memorable getaway.

Discover exclusive access to over 8 acres of forest, complete with tranquil walking trails that invite peaceful strolls and exploration. Just across the road, you'll find challenging hiking and mountain biking paths perfect for intermediate to expert adventurers, offering an exhilarating outdoor experience with stunning natural scenery. And for those who enjoy a destination hike, two beautiful lakes are nestled within an hour's trek, offering the perfect spots to unwind, picnic, or simply take in the views.

Please note; the base nightly fee allows for two (2) guests; additional guests will be charged a modest fee to a maximum of four (4). Please be accurate indicating the number in your party including if you are bringing a dog.

Absolutely amazing place, the hosts, the cabin and the property were all 5 stars. We were particularly impressed with how well maintained the property is, it’s like a wooded park - no deadfall or underbrush and what there was is neatly piled up. The paths are wide and cushioned with wood chips from the owner’s saw mill. The cabin is beautifully appointed and everything you could possibly need has been provided. An outstanding experience all around.
The trails are beautiful, wide and soft.
The fire pit! Wish it was dryer, we might have used it but….. November.

The cabin was very private and the area around was beautiful; a fire pit and various paths and trails to walk around. The cabin was very cozy and clean and had various thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The beds were especially comfortable and the fireplace inside kept the place extra warm. The hosts were incredibly attentive and very helpful with everything, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Our daughter loved it, especially the toys and books they set out for her. We look forward to staying there again!

Property was even better than I thought it would be, a beautiful oasis in the mountains and forests of BC. Beautiful location, far enough away that it felt like a true getaway, but only 15 minutes from Pemberton of you needed anything. Doug was an amazing host who welcomed us on arrival and answered any questions we had about the area. He even supplied us with an extra cot for the cabin. He went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Luxury Camping

Shhhh, don’t tell anybody, this place is a Gem! Beautifully handcrafted cedar cottage with locally milled wood, directly within a full untouched forest. You step off the front patio directly into nature. If you want to be out in your own private forest, as far as you can see… this is it. Except you’re not too far away from anything you need. It’s far above glamping- it’s ‘luxury’ camping. The cabin has everything along with a fantastic fire pit and firewood. I also brought my hammock and enjoyed the peace!Wow!Doug&Donna, i thoroughly enjoyed every minute here - It was exactly what I wanted!

Beautiful property and environment

Beautifully built, thoughtfully and fully equipped, thoroughly comfortable and hospitable tiny house with loft and surrounding woods with enticing firepit area and strolls. Our host was thoughtful, anticipated gotchas such as Apple Maps troubles, was kind and responsive, and was there for us in a couple of other instances of our own making. We’re grateful and we wouldn’t miss staying there again, since it’s central to some spectacular country and adventures.
