This self-contained unit offers complete privacy, with your own entrance and no shared living spaces, ensuring a peaceful stay. The space is thoughtfully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a hassle-free experience. Enjoy the convenience of accessibility, along with a brand-new air conditioning system to keep the room at the perfect temperature year-round.

The suite features a luxurious queen-size Tempur bed with a firm, high-quality mattress, guaranteed to provide a restful night's sleep. A cozy single couch offers additional seating for relaxation. For entertainment, we provide high-speed wireless internet and a Smart HD TV with Netflix, so you can unwind with a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and kids’ programs.

The kitchenette is well-stocked with a stove, microwave, mini oven, mini fridge, and a variety of cooking utensils, including spices to enhance your meals. You’ll also find a toaster for a quick breakfast, and we’ve made sure to provide basic supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water upon your arrival. While the bathroom is conveniently located inside your suite, please note that dishes must be washed in the bathroom sink. Fresh bed linens, towels, and essential bathroom supplies are also included for your comfort.

Outside, you’ll find your own private garden lawn and a tranquil outdoor deck, complete with a soothing rockery water fountain feature, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests may also use the exclusive smart washing machine located just outside your deck.

A shared dryer is available for all guests and is located in the front yard under the covered sunshade area. If you wish to use the dryer, please bring your washed items to the front yard. As this is a shared facility, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests and collect your laundry promptly once the cycle has finished so others may use it. For everyone’s comfort, the dryer may only be used between 7:00am and 9:00pm.

We now have a baby cot (95cm length) and a child’s desk with chair available upon request. Perfect for families traveling with young children — the baby cot provides a cozy sleeping space, and the desk set is great for reading, drawing, or study time. High Chair is available on request.

Guests can enjoy nearby premium spa, sauna, and pool facilities conveniently located just across the road on Rosedale Road. Tucked behind the nearby restaurants, entry is at the under-covered carpark. this wellness centre offers a perfect way to unwind during your stay. Entry is approximately $20 per visit — a great value for a relaxing experience right at your doorstep.

Guests can now enjoy our shared outdoor awning deck, equipped with a full set of table and chairs. This space is exclusively shared between Unit C and Unit D guests. Feel free to relax in the fresh air, but please be mindful of others using the deck. You can lower the roll-down curtain for more privacy without disturbing your neighbors. To keep the space peaceful, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and only use this area during the day please.

On-site parking is available with two designated spaces inside the property for guests. If both spaces are occupied, additional parking is available on the street directly outside. The property is located on a quiet, dead-end residential street with plenty of parking spaces available during the day.

Our location is ideal for those looking to explore the area. We’re just a short walk from local restaurants, cafes, Rosedale parks, and bakeries, while Massey University, shopping centers, and supermarkets are only minutes away by car. The National Hockey Stadium is just a 2-minute drive, perfect for those attending events or tournaments. A bus stop is conveniently located outside the property, providing easy access to public transport.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy complete privacy within the self-contained suite. Please note that while the unit is independent, there may be occasional noise from neighboring units, as the property includes multiple guest suites. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am, and refrain from hosting parties or events. We also request that guests maintain the cleanliness of the unit by washing dishes, tidying up, and disposing of trash before check-out.
