To clarify for future guests, during your stay the only issue raised with us was the downstairs toilet, which we treated as a priority and arranged to have attended the same day, despite it being a long weekend. We remained available throughout your stay to assist further, however no additional concerns were brought to our attention at the time. Following your departure, the property was fully checked and all facilities, including bathrooms and appliances, were confirmed to be in working order. The oven mentioned is a modern unit with a standard child-lock feature, which we’re always happy to guide guests through if needed. We also note the property was left in a significantly untidy condition, including displaced bedding, sand throughout the home and excess cleaning required. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve anything promptly, that’s exactly what we’re here for.
