Located between the bustling hubs of Glenelg and Semaphore Road, you’re just minutes away from the area's vibrant shopping, renowned dining scene, and family-friendly attractions.
Step into this inviting townhouse set across three levels and made for relaxation. The main living area is bright and open, featuring a spacious lounge with a cosy sectional, perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows. Adjacent, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining. A separate dining area provides a more formal space to gather over meals.
Outside, multiple alfresco areas await. On the ground floor, a secluded patio with outdoor seating offers a private spot to unwind, while the rooftop terrace provides breathtaking ocean views. It’s an ideal setting for your morning coffee or evening drinks, letting you fully embrace the coastal lifestyle. For those working remotely, a dedicated desk is ready in the downstairs living area, with recliners and television waiting for those needing a quick break. The spacious bathroom on this level features dual vanities for getting ready with ease.
Three bedrooms sleep six guests comfortably. The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a plush queen bed, air conditioning, and walk-through access to a two-way ensuite. Two additional queen bedrooms are downstairs opening onto the patio, offering serene outdoor access and natural light.
Other amenities include a laundry with washer and dryer for convenience, and ample parking space in the garage and driveway, ensuring a hassle-free stay from start to finish.
