This is a completely selfcontained appartment below our fantastic house at Crescent Head.
It has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. The sunny open plan kitchenette, lounge and dining area boasts a large TV and DVD player with comfortable couches. This space opens thru double glass sliding doors onto a spaciaous private balcony complete with a bbq which enjoys garden and ocean views.
The appartment comes with unlimited wifi.
Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of the Kukkaburra's in the adjoining bush or enjoy relaxing sundowners after a day on the beach.
Located 5 minutes drive or a 7 minute walk from the beautiful Crescent Head beaches
This would suit a professional couple who value comfort and privacy, or perhaps a couple with an infant.

This property is set on a hill and is the last property in Skyline Crescent. It is located away from the rental "party houses" in Crescent head and is in a peaceful location with natural bush which is home to beautiful birds and wildlife on two sides.
The Property is close to the start of great walks. There are walks along the ridge with spectacular views of Crescent Head to the South and down to the the back beaches towards Port Macquarie in the North.
Architecturally designed, the house is tucked down from the ridge and is well protected from the strong South Westerly and South Easterly winds which usually bring rain. Large North facing balconies provide sun and amenity in all types of weather. In summer they enjoy the cool ocean breezes.
If you enjoy the mix of privacy, quiet and yet easy access to great beaches and a world class surfing location, this is the spot for you.
