Just steps from the beach, enjoy all the Sunshine Coast has to offer, with Mooloolaba or Maroochydore just 5 minutes away. Or stay closer and take a 2-minute stroll to the Alex Surf Club or explore the many nearby dining options. Whether you’re relaxing on the balcony with ocean breezes or enjoying the vibrant local area, this apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and location.
PROPERTY DETAILS
The best views from Mooloolaba to Coolum are from the top of the rise in Alexandra Headland. With the sweep of the bay and glistening ocean below you, you may not want to leave the apartment. All of this with the added attractions of the surf break directly in front of the property.
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
There is ground floor covered garage carport parking for one vehicle with entry from Edward street, extra car parking on the roadside in front of the apartment building.
The apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift if you choose not to take the stairs.
KEYS/ACCESS
There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet.
The apartment has a laundry for your use with a washing machine and dryer for your use. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.
The interior and exterior dining tables both seat 4 guests.
The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.
The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
You have the choice of a swim in the apartment pool (shared use with other apartments in the building) or a short walk to the patrolled beach.
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs

You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
