Adjacent to this space is a cosy lounge room, ideal for relaxed evenings. Just a few steps down, you'll discover a versatile rumpus room with sofa bed, perfect for games or as an additional sleeping area along with a convenient combined laundry and bathroom.
Venture upstairs to find three comfortable bedrooms on a split level, all sharing a well-appointed family bathroom. At the pinnacle of this home, the master retreat awaits, offering a private sanctuary with stunning views, study area, private balcony and an ensuite bathroom. Here, you can wake up to the sight of the ocean, feeling refreshed and ready for another day of holiday bliss.

Parking
You'll find convenient off-street parking available on the driveway, providing space for one vehicle. While the garage is not available for use, there is ample on-street parking nearby, ensuring that all your guests will have a spot to park with ease.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please note while the front area of the house is fully enclosed, providing a secure space for pets to play, the backyard is not fenced.
Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living area which transforms into a queen-sized bed. If you would like to make use of this, please contact our office.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
