The Space:
Perched on the first floor, this spacious two-bedroom unit is designed for comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to 5 guests. The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. You'll find a TV and DVD player for entertainment, complemented by ceiling fans for your comfort.
The functional kitchen is equipped with standard appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and toaster, making meal preparation a breeze. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Step out onto your expansive tiled balcony to enjoy the fresh sea air, or bask in the warm winter sun in the separate sunroom, both fitted with crim-safe screens for peace of mind. From here, you might even catch a glimpse of the beautiful blue water through the trees.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- Main bedroom: Comfortable Queen bed
- Second bedroom: Two Single beds plus a trundle bed
For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed. Please note, while the unit does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans are provided in the living area and bedrooms to keep you comfortable.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

Lock up Garage
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire first-floor unit. This includes:
A secure lock-up garage for parking.
Within the complex: An inviting inground pool for a refreshing dip.
A convenient walk-through entrance at the rear of the property leads directly to the park.
Key collection for your stay is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.
