House Rules:
No Smoking & No Party Policy: Smoking or hosting parties is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1000 fine for each infraction.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours
between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM by keeping noise levels low during these times.

We provide a starter pack of basic amenities, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razors/shaving cream.
For long-term stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Security:
For your safety, a security camera is installed on the outside of the apartment.
Rest assured, it does not record any footage inside the unit.

Additional Guests:
If you're bringing extra guests or hosting an unauthorized stay, a fee of $50 per night per additional guest applies.

Late Checkouts:
Late checkouts are subject to availability.
Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $60 per hour.
NOTE: For long-term bookings, we require a valid government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The Loft was very clean, bright and well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a nice lofted back porch with furniture to enjoy. Communicating with Sandra was seamless and the location is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and the downtown market. The onsite private parking was a nice plus.

Very nice little loft apartment. Close to many restaurants. Thoughtful amenities such as toothbrush/paste and razor in the bathroom. The outdoor space is lovely. Communication with Sandra (host) was great, very quick to respond to messages.

The condo was immaculate. It has every thing we needed for our 3-night stay. Sandra was excellent in getting back to us in the many questions we had. We have a mid-size truck, and the parking at the back of the building was a little tight. We used this place as a starting point to explore the region, and as such was ideally situated.

Very clean and nicely furnished one bedroom apartment in the attic. Good, central location. Stairs might be a challenge for less physically fit, especially while carrying luggage. Low ceilings - it gets warm quickly (and this in May) with no A/C, only a desktop fan in the bedroom. Overall, a good stay.

A charming upper loft apartment with chic black and white decor, beautifully furnished and well stocked. The rain shower was hot with a solid heavy stream of water. The air conditioner worked well as did the bedroom fan keeping the entire unit cool. The layout functioned well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We appreciated parking in the back even though it could be tight with another car or two in the same lot.Overall, highly recommend this spot for any couple wanting to stay in St. Catharines.

Need’s some improvements

The apartment in itself is great and clean, but needs some cooking ware to go into oven. Our host was awesome with communication, she responded very quickly to any questions we had, but we can’t let this go, deck is very unsafe, not up to code. Hard to hold handrail because you can get splinters.

Clean,Bright, Cute Getaway

Listing is exactly as the pictures. It was cute, clean and modern with everything you could need for a comfortable stay! I stayed with my 12 year old for a tournament weekend and was beyond happy I chose to stay here. The host was super attentive and friendly. Laundry service was available which was a bonus for washing my son’s uniform. The bed was comfy and the flat had so much natural light that I loved. It has a cute kitchen that has all the cooking essentials to make a meal. I can go on with how pleased I was with my stay! It is on the 3rd floor so if you pack extra like me be prepared to walk up a few steps! But it will be worth the night view once you get there, where you can enjoy the deck! I would highly recommend this little Hidden gem.
