The Palm House 200 meters to the beach!

Our stunning Torquay beach retreat is in an awesome location! Just 200 meters away is the esplanade, beach & a fantastic kids flying fox park. The home & its large pool are recently renovated with holiday guests in mind. You’ll love the character, charm & super comfy beds! Enjoy the games room & a beautiful living, dining & bar area with ocean views. Relax on the balcony, and take in the sound of crashing waves & stunning water views. Pets allowed too; whites beach is the best dog walking spot!

This classic beach house has recently undergone a renovation, all newly painted with new flooring and a renovated pool, the home is light, bright, spacious and homely, it`s an ideal space for a beach holiday & walking distance to the beach!

Split across two levels, the upper level consists of:

- open plan kitchen, dining & living with a smart TV. Just behind the dining area is a bar. Please note the fireplace is not in operation.
- A balcony that wraps around the upper level with seating & table, pool access & ocean views.
- please note the pool is not heated.

The lower/ground floor level:
- games room with table, chairs & bean bags and a selection of games to play (please note the fireplace is not in operation)
- 1 x queen room with ensuite
- 1 x queen room
- 1 x double bed (racing car perfect for kids!)
- 1 x bunk room with two bunks - these bunks are only suitable for children with a weight restriction of 25kgs - please note ceiling fan in this room is disconnected.
- 1 x laundry with washer/dryer combo
- 1 x family bathroom
- 1 x large pool - not heated.
- 1 x enclosed garden area out the back of the house

All bedrooms have blockout blinds (fitted after photography) and ceiling fans.

There is a split system heater/cooler in the main living area. There are also oil heaters in all bedrooms.

***The cleaning fee includes bed linen & towels (no beach or pool towels however). ***

Guests have access to everything. You may see a spa in some photos, please note that the spa is not in operation.
