A Thoughtfully laid out small apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Very clean and well equipped. We had a car and no issues with parking.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The check in and check out process was so smooth, everything was perfectly described, and it was exactly what I needed. The ice-maker was a surprise bonus that I *really* enjoyed :)

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Seattle. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything to make you comfortable for a longer stay. The host was very accommodating and did a great job with communication. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to the city!

This is a lovely spot, extremely quiet, and in a good walking area near the arboretum. Communication was excellent and the kitchen is exceptionally well provisioned with silverware, plates, cooking items, etc. We would definitely stay again!

This property was amazing. Location was beautiful and convenient. We loved especially all the old seattle homes and great neighborhood. The host was in excellent communication with us. Though small, the vrbo had everything we needed. Nice shampoo, body lotion, and conditioner. We have stayed in three different vrbos in the last three weeks and this property was exceedingly clean, loved the dog bowls, treats in with coffee pods and the ease of booking. (Just as an aside our last vrbo required 12 pages with signatures of both myself and wife with rules and conditions and consequences if even 1 minute late at check out. Check out was 10, This review is not to bash our last vrbo but used as an example of of just how well run this property was.Thank you.I would stay here again and again.Thank you

The cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in by far. Everything was so stocked and there really wasn’t anything I had to ask the host for bc they anticipated any need we might’ve needed (ex. Umbrella, extra towels, etc and left clear directions. Area was very safe and close to lots of places. Thank you for having us!

Excellent location, the apartment is beautifully set up with everything you need and more. Loved how everything was labeled and organized. The arboretum being right around the corner was fabulous. Perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Cute rental in a great location

The apartment is so well stocked and in a fabulous location! The neighborhood is safe and cute to walk around, only a few minutes drive to Capital Hill. I wish I had stayed longer!

Fabulous location! Perfect for UW events, hikes in the arboretum or just exploring Madison Park. Easy access to downtown Seattle as well. The place is equipped with everything you would need plus you can enjoy cocktails right outside your door or in the owner’s garden. It’s quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. We both highly recommend it for your stay in Seattle.

Five stars all around for this cozy, sparkling new and clean little gem. Nicely furnished and stocked, impeccably clean and tidy. Plus a beautiful neighborhood to enjoy! My host, Katya, was so welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Best VRBO I've ever been in! The owners clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the comfort of their guests and made the place feel like home away from home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-cared for, plus all furnishings/amenities were in like-new condition. The neighborhood was safe, charming and super quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to rent in Seattle
