Stepping through a large wooden entrance into this elegant & stylish open plan 4 bedroom home, a feeling of relaxation takes over. A generously spaced out, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for an extremely comfortable stay. Meals can be enjoyed from the island bar or around the circular 6 seater table.

A plush couch is on offer to let the world go, sink into, and take in a movie on Stan. Alternatively, grab a book and enjoy the peaceful reading nook atop a cozy bean bag whilst looking out over the greenery below.

Four well-placed bedrooms are separated from the living area by a hallway, each with luxury linen and high-quality mattresses. The spacious light-filled master bedroom features a plush king bed and large ensuite, air conditioning, plus the bonus of a private entrance onto a deck outside. Further down the hallway are three more bedrooms, one with a single and double bed and one with a queen bed. The 4th bedroom features a comfortable sofa bed that is folded out to accommodate an additional two guests. All have ceiling fans. The main bathroom is opposite the queen room and has a gorgeous bath and raindrop shower head. A dryer and a washing machine are also available for your use during your stay.

At the rear end of the property is a large open backyard with plenty of room to run about, play games, along with a large clothesline.

There is a heated pool located at the front of the property which looks out to stunning views of the valley. There is a BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy those summer moments and entertainment the family.

Guest access - Guests have access to the whole house, swimming pool and grassed area at the rear end of the house.

Other things to note
Our drive way is gravel and steep and can be difficult in the rain in a small car.
We have a strict NO Party rule!
No loud music is to be played outside.
We allow dogs however they cannot come inside the house as the owner has an allergy to dogs.
Aircon is located in the main living room and kitchen area and in the master bedroom.
Icebath can be filled with hose and ice needs to be purchased, unfortunately this is a no filter icebath, therefore will need to be refreshed with ice for each use.
