Located across the street from the beach and just steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this stylish two-bedroom Destin condo accommodates up to 6 people. This comfortable ground-floor condo in Miramar Beach features an equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and everything you need to create and serve your favorite meals. The patio features views of the Gulf waters.

The Primary bedroom features its own bath and a king bed while the Guest bedroom features a queen bed and has its own private bath. The living area includes a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the rental and a community pool and grilling area are out back. The rental is a gem for young families or a grandparents getaway with the grandchildren.

With a variety of nearby restaurants including Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant across the street, there are an array of options at mealtime. You’ll also receive seasonal beach service with two chairs and an umbrella awaiting your arrival on the beach courtesy of Newman-Dailey. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
