Recently renovated property built around a central courtyard and set in a forest of beautiful mature Mediterranean trees, with wonderful views of the surrounding nature, valleys, and mountains beyond. The house is in immaculate condition and has lots of charm. It is ideal for those who want a quiet rural retreat, but close enough to St Tropez to enjoy the beach life also.
There is a central patio, and covered terraces overlooking the hills and the pool. The swimming pool (12 x 5) on a lower level, in a beautiful position in the lavender filled garden. BBQ.
La Garde Freinet, just a few minutes from the property, is a medieval mountain village located in the massif des Maures about 20 kms from St Tropez. The village is accessed by picturesque roads through forests of cork, oak and chestnuts. Established in the 11th century the village has preserved its character with its field stone houses, old fashioned street names, and a village square framed with restaurants and local art galleries. From the top of the village there are views all the way to the Alps.
