The Point Lakehouse Taylor Bay
Experience a stay like no other in this stunning waterfront location, encompassing spectacular views across Lake Eildon. This luxury retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in quality style. Excellent open floorplan, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge options with fireplace, all framed by unmatched views of Lake Eildon. The open plan living looks out to the breath-taking views and sunny balcony for outdoor entertaining. The lower level maximises the space provided and can be used as a rumpus/kids' breakout room, making this property fantastic for 2 families or friends. Featuring all the additional comforts of split AC and heating in each room, ceiling fans, and a modern wood fireplace. Loads of parking for cars & boats.
The kitchen and living room.
A well-thought-out central kitchen with modern cooking appliances, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher, pantry and family dining table looks out onto the unparalleled views of Lake Eildon. Lounge options are designed to capture the panoramic views and natural sunlight as well as enjoy the fireplace in those colder months. Accompanied by high ceilings, contemporary styling, split system heating & cooling, wide screen smart TV and a seamless transition to the outdoor living and balconies.
The bedrooms and bathrooms.
The house boasts four beautifully presented bedrooms, complete with cosy linen and split system in each. Queen beds are found in the master and bedroom 2, with the 3rd bedroom set up to accommodate 4 children in 2 sets of bunks. A single bed and trundle can be found in the final upstairs bedroom.
The rumpus or fifth bedroom downstairs contains ample room to relax as well as a queen bed with lake views. The master bedroom contains a lovely ensuite, and the family bathroom contains a separate shower and bath, as well as separate toilet.
Outside.
Experience the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living year-round. With ample boat parking, guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, or paddling right from the property’s edge. Launch your boat from the Eildon boat ramp and tie it up on your own jetty located by the house. Outdoor amenities include a gas BBQ and comfortable seating, seamlessly connected to the indoor living, dining, and kitchen areas for easy flow and enjoyment.
Linen Included. Please BYO swimming towels, life jackets if heading out on the lake. Portacot and Highchair available upon request.
This is the perfect relaxing escape! It is located in a peaceful bush environment on the lake’s edge, so please respect the neighbours, some of whom are permanent residents. This property does not accept any parties, or hens/bucks’/schoolies gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
There are 7 external security cameras at the property. These cameras record video only (no audio). For your privacy, all these cameras will be switched off during your stay, except for the two cameras that overlook the entrance gate. The cameras are located at the gate entrance, exterior of the shed, front left corner of the house, the front corner of the carport, at the bottom of the external staircase, under the back deck and on the exterior of the back deck. There are no internal cameras on the property.
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
No smoking on premises. No Pets Allowed - due to unsuitability of the property.
Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.
