The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make meal preparation a breeze, whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a full dinner. It includes all the essentials: an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a variety of cookware, utensils, and tableware. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the outdoor dining set.
The living room is a spacious and inviting area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfortable sofa, large enough to accommodate everyone, and unwind. There is access to a private balcony from the living area, where you'll find a table and chairs. It's the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening while taking in the fresh air and views. Whether you're looking to dine outdoors or simply enjoy some peaceful time, the balcony offers a great space to enhance your stay
The apartment offers three cosy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double-sized beds, while the third bedroom features a single bed, ideal for solo travelers or children. The rooms also include window blinds, ensuring you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep or adjust natural light to your preference.
The property features a dedicated working space in one of the bedrooms, ideal for those who need to stay productive during their stay. This quiet and comfortable area is equipped with a desk, chair, and ample lighting.
The apartment features one well-maintained bathroom which include fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. In the bathroom closet there is a washer and dryer free for your use.
Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Mount Eden

K Road (Karangahape Road)

A trendy and vibrant neighborhood, Britomart is filled with fashionable boutiques, upscale restaurants, and lively bars. It’s perfect for a day of shopping, dining, or exploring the city's modern side, and it’s just a short bus or drive away from Grafton.
Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 490 Queen St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 8 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the apartment. They are open 24/7 for collection at any time. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Important note regarding potential noise: There is some construction being done in the building next door. Please be aware that this might be audible during the day during the week days. This property is also located in the CBD so there may also be some street noise heard from the apartment.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 5x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
